Hi,
I received your Help Desk ticket but since you account is not verified you won't be able to see a response from the Help Desk in your message center.

Unfortunately there is nothing wrong with the verify process, as we're often testing this to make sure it's working correctly. Usually when a user cannot verify it indicates the following mentioned earlier or another miss configuration someplace on the users computer. You may wish to try on another computer if you have access to one or try using another browser to see if this rectifies the issue.
